Who publishes Bingr, who answers for it, and whose machines it runs on. French law asks every website to say so, and this is where Bingr does.

Bingr is published by Nicolas Negrier, a private individual in France. There is no company behind it.

Anyone named or referred to on Bingr can ask for a reply to be published, within three months of the message appearing, by writing to hello@bingr.watch. Reporting a message that breaks the rules is a different thing, and the community guidelines explain how it works.
